This workflow turns ChatGPT into your assistant that looks through your inbox for leads and opportunities that have fallen through the cracks, and helps you write a follow-up to get the conversation going again.
📧 Step 1: Connect your Gmail to ChatGPT
Login to your ChatGPT account
Click your Profile icon in the bottom left-hand corner
Click Settings
Click Connectors in the Settings menu
Click Gmail in the Browse Connectors area
Follow the connection instructions from ChatGPT
🔍 Step 2: Have ChatGPT Look for Opportunities in Your Inbox
Open ChatGPT to a new conversation
Click the + toggle at the bottom of the conversation box
Click “Agent mode”
Copy-and-paste the prompt below into the conversation box
❝Look through my Gmail and look for leads or other opportunities that I haven’t responded to or haven’t followed up with.
Give me a list of these in a table with the following columns:
- Name of the person
- Email address
- Background and current status of the conversation
- Key points to mention in outreach
Make sure the “Gmail” shows up in blue and that you are on Agent mode
Click “Enter” on your keyboard of the Up arrow
